Is There Really A Perfect Time To Start?

There's plenty of time to finish off 2017 strong, so don't be that person still talking about it next year!

Is there a perfect time to start your new fitness routine? 

The answer is simple...No!

Here at Studio Fit we've enrolled hundreds of ladies into our introductory program in just 2017 alone, and a huge barrier we regularly see time and time again is ladies delaying getting started and searching for reasons why they can't start now. 

Everyone wants the perfect time to start but the truth is there is never a perfect time. 

"But I've got a holiday booked"

"I'm really busy at work this month and the next"

"I'm really not fit enough at the moment"

The list goes on and in the nicest possible way, these are all excuses!

Now, that may sound a little harsh but please let me explain...

Here at Studio Fit we work with busy ladies, who have busy lives, demanding jobs and families and children that will always come first.

We get that and that's cool!

My business and family come first too and that is why you can't wait for the perfect time.

The fact of the matter is there will always be something that stops you if you adopt the 'perfect time' mentality because real life happens to us all.

So what can you do about it?

The answer is simple....START TODAY!

Cut yourself some slack and understand that in order to be fit and healthy for life and not just the 5 minutes you follow the latest fad you'll have to be flexible and you have to adapt and adjust to suit your current circumstances.

Yes you might miss sessions, yes you will go off plan with your diet, you will run over at work, you will have holidays, you will need to put your husband and kids first. 

But most importantly, all these things can happen and you can still be in great shape, be fit, healthy and have more energy than ever before

Is it time to stop taking the all or nothing mentality and start looking longer term at your habits when it comes to exercise and nutrition?

We all know when we are fit and healthy we fell better about ourselves, which then goes on to help is feel better about life, work and be nicer people around our families
