The Bad Back Solution Continued

Get Strong and Pain Free Fast

Our last blog explained how sitting too much and moving badly often leads to a bad back.

Working on your flexibility and taking a small amount of time each day to stretch and improve your posture will go a long way to fixing your aches and pains but we are going to share the last ingredient to becoming pain free fast

 

THE PROBLEM

 

You are weak!

 

Here is what I mean…

 

We have already understood inactivity and sitting too much causes back pain through tight muscles but it also causes weakness in the muscles we use to support our back

 

This is a recipe for disaster but is easily fixed

 

THE SOLUTION

 

Once you have worked on your flexibility and you are moving better it’s time to strengthen up

 

The key areas to work on that will go a long way to completely eradicating your pain are core and glutes (stomach and backside)

 

The great thing is you don’t even need to get to the gym to do this and you can use the best piece of equipment you have at your disposal…YOU!!!

Don’t look to far into the future just set yourself a challenge of stretching for 10 minutes and completing the core working for 5 minutes daily for the next 30 days

 

This small investment in time and effort will transform the way you move and feel so don’t make excuses!!!
