THE FAT LOSS 4

Welcome to my famous Fat Loss 4. This is a total body, metabolic and interval-based workout designed to burn fat, improve fitness and build lean muscle.

The workout has a specific structure designed to use the whole body so that you can get the greatest effect and biggest bang for your buck all in one simple workout.

Here is how to set it up

Lower Body x 30 seconds

Rest 15 seconds

Upper Body x 30 seconds

Rest 15 seconds

Core x 30 seconds

Rest 15 seconds

Cardio x 90 seconds

Rest x 120 seconds

Repeat 2 - 6 times depending on fitness level and time available 

Choosing exercises

There are an unlimited amount of exercises you could choose and as long as it falls into the categories above feel free to try it out.

The key is finding an exercise you can perform safely and effectively at a high tempo and my advise would be choose exercises you like as building a workout you hate isn't going to motivate you to get it done 

Putting It All Together

Putting it all together is simple, just choose one exercise from each movement/category and decide how many rounds you are going to do, set the clock and go.
