Jenny

I've always been pretty fit, running marathons, half marathons and doing regular spin classes, but I found that I was getting stuck in a rut, not losing any weight or toning and I was getting bored of spending hours in the gym. I needed a change.

Why did you join Studio Fit?

Why did you join Studio Fit? After having my second baby, I wanted a change and was told 'you'd love studio fit', so gave it a try and firstly a weeks trial, and then did the 30 day programme. One major plus for me was that the sessions were only half an hour/45 mins and that if and when I needed to, I could bring the babies with me. Total bonus!


What Fears did you have before you joined?

What Fears did you have before you joined? Joining anything that you don't know much about, and doing it on your own is always daunting. But the group I started with we're all like minded people, wanting the same things. Made it much easier.


KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Consistently training 3 times P/W with 2 toddlers and a full time job

What did you struggle with before Studio Fit?

What did you struggle with before Studio Fit? I would spend hours in the gym or running on the streets, taking up time I no longer had and really not seeing any difference. My diet was also awful. I have a massive sweet tooth.

What results have you experienced since joining?

So much has changed for me. My diet is COMPLETELY different. I learnt so much about food and what works for me. This has been the key part for me. The plans are achievable and easy to stick to. This has been a life changer for me, even my family have changed the way they eat as a result. I am now smaller, more toned and fitter than I ever have been, even pre kids and post marathon.


What does Studio Fit mean to you?

I'd go as far as to say I'm addicted. If I don't get at least 4 sessions in a week I get fidgety. Every session is varied and a year in, I'm not bored. I still enjoy every class and find each one a challenge, I would never work as hard spending 2 hours in the gym as I do spending 30 mins in a studio fit class. Plus, now I have got all my friends to join, it's a great half an hour to catch up with them without kids around!!


What would you say to someone wanting to join Studio fit?

I have genuinely never been so pro anything. I have recommended studio fit to all my friends, so many have now joined and are as addicted as me, it clearly works.
