I have always been into fitness and when Studio Fit opened I liked the thought of the short half hour sessions.

Why did you join Studio Fit?

I wanted a quick fast workout that I could fit into my day and I liked how the classes are designed to get a quick, fast hit of exercise ..


What Fears did you have before you joined?

 

Like any club your always worried about not knowing anyone, but the members are all so lovely and also the instructors they know their stuff !!!!

What did you struggle with before Studio Fit?

 

I struggled with committing to join a gym, I always thought I'd get bored too quickly.

What results have you experienced since joining?

My body has changed since joining when it first opened I feel more fitter and toned ..


What does Studio Fit mean to you?

I enjoy coming to Studiofit it lifts and brighten my days the members are great and I feel I can fit it into my busy day .. I get a quick and effective workout !!!!!


What would you say to someone wanting to join Studio fit?

Please come and see for yourself the classes are fun, hard, quick and effective they change every day so you won't get bored, they are suitable for all fitness levels and you will get results quickly too.
