I served in the RAF for 9 and half years & exercise was always a big part of my week. If I wasn't playing hockey, I was trying a new sport or in the gym being 'beasted' by the PTI's. The big key for me is I rarely exercised on my own, it was always very social. When I left the RAF and moved to Cheltenham the natural thing to do was join a gym. Turns out gyms are not very social...
A friend of mine joined and loved it. So I came along to the trial and needless to say the gym membership was cancelled almost immediately.
Like anything new, I wasn't sure what to expect, whether I would turn up and find everyone was super fit and I couldn't keep up. It just wasn't the case though, all the exercises are doable and everyone is so encouraging.

I just love it! Studio fit members are a very sociable group of people from all walks of life but with similar goals.
